“While servicing a retirement community, James assisted a gentleman to his feet who couldn’t get up after falling. He then took the resident’s cart that was on the curb back to his home. Before James left the community, he stopped at the office to ask if they have a nurse that could go over to the resident’s home to check on him and let them know he took a nasty fall. We found out about all the events after the community reached out to the account manager to commend our driver.“

“Eric has been a crucial part of us being extremely successful in the start-up of Monticello. He has taken his time to get to know the community, which in return has decreased our customer issues to almost zero. Eric talks to community members when they stop him to ask questions and even helps residents who can’t get their containers out to the road. Eric also stops into the municipality on a weekly basis to keep a positive working relationship and make sure we are taking care of all their needs.“ e.”
