Take Advantage of Rally Rewards in 2023!

If you are enrolled in one of our Republic Services medical plans, we have important updates for you on ways to earn Rally Rewards. Getting rewarded for taking care of your health is easier than ever!

Employees and their spouses can earn up to $250 each in rewards through December 31, 2023.

It’s important to remember that employees are now able to complete just four health activities to earn the full $250 reward.

  1. Annual rally health survey ($25)
  2. Complete three quizzes, 3 of 5 ($25)
  3. * Wellness Screening/Biometrics ($125)
  4. *Preventative Screening/Annual Exam ($75)

Now is the time to plan and schedule your annual wellness and/or preventative screenings to ensure you can complete your Rally health activities by December 31, 2023.

Regular preventive care can help find small things before they become big things.

Your health plan covers annual checkups 100%. That is $0 when you see a doctor in your network.

See your doctor for a checkup once each year, even when you feel fine.

Visit myuhc.com, then go to Find Care and Costs in the top navigation bar, and/or call the number on the back of your medical insurance ID card to find medical professionals in your network.

Don’t forget about these important changes for 2023!

  • Employees and their spouses enrolled in a High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) can earn up to $500 toward their Health Savings Account 
  • HDHP participants are no longer able to redeem rewards as gift cards 
  • This will be the final year to earn & redeem gift cards – moving forward, completion of the four rally activities will decrease the premium for the following year’s benefits. For activities completed in 2023, employees can reduce their 2024 medical premium up to: 
  • Employee only or Employee + Child(ren) = $5 (weekly) or $10 (biweekly) 
  • Employee + Spouse or Employee + Family = $10 (weekly) or $20 (biweekly)
