Women’s History Month, Week 4: Taking Charge

To continue our celebration of Women’s History Month, this week’s video features four accomplished employees – from an Ops Supervisors and Maintenance Shop Clerk to an Assistant Division Controller Hauling! Our moderator is Julia Arambula, SVP Operations.

This week, we wanted to hear about women taking charge, actions or steps to grow and differentiate themselves in their careers. Julia moderates as the next group of talented women share the steps they took to differentiate themselves set them apart at Republic.
