Submitting a nomination is easy! Scroll down to start the nomination process. You’ll need this information:
- Nominee’s name
- Nominee’s supervisor’s name
- Nominee’s job title
- Nominee’s job status (Field Front Line, HQ or In Office/Remote/Hybrid)
- The company value you are nominating the employee for and provide examples—you can choose more than one value!
- Your name as the nominator
- Your employee ID and email
