Over the past few weeks, our frontline employees have experienced many adjustments in the way they come to work and perform their jobs. In a new series of video journals, we are sharing what it’s been like for our drivers, operators, techs, and other employees in the field. You’ll hear stories of how coronavirus (COVID-19) has changed their work and life, how they are keeping safe and healthy, and how proud they are to work for Republic Services and serve the community during these challenging times.
We hope these short videos bring into focus what our frontline employees across the country are experiencing amid COVID-19 and what our Committed to Serve initiative has meant to them, our customers and the communities where they live and work. This week, we hear from heavy equipment operators Adrian and Dale.
Operator Adrian L., Greenwood Farms Landfill in Tyler, TX, 13 years of service
Operator Dale S., Charlotte Motor Speedway Landfill in Concord, NC, 17 years of service
Stay tuned next week as we feature scale operators in Richmond, VA. If you are a frontline employee with a story to share, contact BlueNation@RepublicServices.com.
