On Monday, May 2, we were excited to officially welcome US Ecology to the Republic Services team! Republic leaders teamed up with US Ecology leaders at more than 70 US Ecology sites to provide a great Day 1 experience and share a little more about Republic with our new colleagues.
US Ecology is a top provider of environmental solutions, with an experienced and talented team and a national platform of high-quality, difficult-to-replicate assets and infrastructure. This acquisition allows Republic to provide our customers with one of the most complete sets of product and service offerings in the Environmental Services space. Our combined resources strengthen our ability to deliver on our vision: Partnering with customers to create a more sustainable world. US Ecology will become part of our Environmental Solutions organization.
