Update to Records Retention Schedule


Starting May 1, some of our Company records have longer retention requirements. These changes primarily affect Human Resources, Labor Relations, Safety and Fleet records.

Changes include:

HR Recruiting Interview Guidelines 2 years 3 years
Labor Relations Grievance and arbitration related documents 2 years 3 years
Safety Health, Medical, & Safey data – injury related 5 years 18 years
