Employees in the Gulf Area gave key feedback about authenticity and communication and the ability to be heard. Leadership implemented a sounding board and open forum at the end of meetings, which includes a few minutes at the end of meetings for people to speak their minds about work issues including job duties, route feedback and respectful peer review. When issues need additional discussion time, leaders follow up one-on-one with the concerned employees.
