To make it easier for our small and large container customers to see where their collection truck is and when their stop will be serviced, Republic Services is rolling out an exciting update called Track My Truck. Track My Truck provides real-time service information enabled by our RISE technology and is a big step forward in our digital journey.
“Track My Truck is a highly requested feature that connects our customers with our Drivers delivering on Customer Zeal for our customers,” said Vince Sanudo, Vice President, Customer Zeal.
