This Season of Giving, Support the Employee Relief Fund – Win Prizes!

In times of crisis, a supportive community can make all the difference. The Republic Services Employee Relief Fund supports employees after severe weather events, fires, or in the event of an employee’s passing. This Season of Giving, we encourage you to give during our Employee Relief Fund Donation Drive!

Every dollar matters and goes directly to support our employees in their time of need. Plus, your generous donation could win you a cozy Republic Services branded jacket, just in time for those cold winter days!

  • To participate in our Donation Drive, simply donate to the Employee Relief Fund between November 20 and December 1. If you’re already a donor – that’s great! To participate, increase your donation by as little as $1 for a chance to win!
  • Visit the Employee Giving Portal to get started and set up a one-time or recurring payroll deduction or a credit card donation. The process is quick and simple!
  • 10 lucky winners will be drawn on the week of December 4 and will receive a men’s or women’s winter jacket, available in the Company Store.
