The Third Annual Manager Forum brought together OTC Center leadership from 12 Areas along with AR/Collections leadership from USE, National Accounts and Environmental Solutions. During this productive two-day collaborative session, leaders honored DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) top performers for 2024. Winners were chosen based on highest achievement towards DSO goals for 2024 and best YOY (Year over Year) improvement.
