In the current job market, hiring qualified technicians can be a challenge. One of the ways we’re engaging that challenge is with Tech Talks. Tech Talks are the annual partnership between Human Resources and Operations concentrating on our Technicians and the critical work they do to maintain our fleet of trucks and heavy equipment while keeping our employees safe.

This year’s Tech Talks wrapped up recently, with HR and Ops teams speaking to over 3,100 Techs who provided vital feedback on key themes such as facilities, schedules, fleet health, training, and tools. Thank you to everyone who participated and provided feedback!
