Around 2,000 guests attended the BU ROAD-EO event held earlier this month at the Irwindale Speedway in Los Angeles, CA. Seven BUs participated, including Sun Valley, Sunshine Canyon Landfill, Gardena, Los Angeles Post Collections, Long Beach, Anaheim Post Collection and Anaheim Hauling.
The event featured kids ROAD-EO with battery powered little trucks, carnival rides and games, a touch-a-truck with a new EV truck, and vendors with freebies for employees and their families.
Of course, the ROAD-EO competition took center stage with seven categories:
Small Container, Large Container, Side-Load, Rear-Load, Wheel Loader, Collection Technician, Post-Collection Technician. Congratulations to all of the winners!
