Rally is a fun wellness program designed to help you sleep better, move more, eat healthier, and feel great.
Although all Republic Services employees in the U.S. have access to Rally, only those enrolled in a current Republic Services medical plan are eligible to receive up to $250 ($500 for Employee + Spouse) towards a reduction in medical premiums. Here’s what you need to know:
If you are enrolled in a Republic Services medical plan:
Eligible employees and spouses can each earn up to $250 towards a medical premium reduction.
The four activities are:
- Annual rally health survey ($25)
- Complete 3 of 5 Rally quizzes ($25)
- Complete a biometrics screening ($125)
- Preventative Screening/Annual Physical* ($75)
If you complete all four activities in 2024 and you are enrolled in a Republic Services medical plan, you will receive a “Wellness Incentive” credit premium reduction on your paycheck in 2025.

*Regular preventive care can help find small things before they become big things. Your health plan covers annual checkups 100%. That is $0 when you see a doctor in your network. See your doctor for a checkup once each year, even when you feel fine. Call the number on the back of your ID card or go to your plan’s website to search for providers in your network.
If you completed the activities in 2023 and are already enrolled in a Republic Services medical plan in 2024, you’re currently receiving a wellness incentive credit on your paycheck to reduce your 2024 contributions.
