The Wilmington Division is happy to welcome its new interns from The Colonial School District’s STAR Program – Skills for Transition And Resilience. The STAR Program’s mission is to provide all students with employability skills, such as character and behavior qualities, that enable individuals to be successful in work, school and social environments. The primary focus is to expose young adults to a variety of employment opportunities.
