Since we start our days early, we have the unique privilege to be some of the first people that our customers see on International Women’s Day. Let’s set the tone and show them our appreciation for the amazing achievements of women around the world by wearing purple on March 8.
At Republic, our commitment to being Human-Centered focuses on respecting the dignity and unique potential of all of our employees. Having a more diverse representation of women on our team, will greatly increase our overall potential. While we’re proud of the work we’ve done to increase women representation on the frontlines, we still have more to accomplish and would like you to help us get there.
Starting March 1, we will launch our new Employee Referral Program that will help us hire superior and diverse talent and help you earn upwards of $750.00 for each new hire. Stay tuned for more information on this program and most importantly, help us expand our potential.
