The Safe May Merch Store is officially open, offering items designed to spotlight what matters most at Republic: the safety of our people and the everyday choices that help protect them.
Safe May is a time when we shine a light on the habits that help create safer outcomes—whether on a job site, in a facility, on the road, or at a desk. These actions happen quietly and consistently: pausing before a task, seeing a hazard and pointing it out, checking equipment, asking a question, or calling a time‑out when something doesn’t feel right.
The items in this year’s Safe May collection serve a purpose. A shirt worn in a huddle, a case for safety glasses, post it notes at a workstation—each can be a small reminder of the behaviors we count on every day:
