Thanks to the quick actions of Roll-Off Driver Greg E., a potential car fire was prevented. While traveling back to the yard, Greg saw in the distance a vehicle that was on the side of the road that had apparently crashed into a concrete barrier. He saw oil under the vehicle and a hint of flames escaping from under the hood of the car. Unaware if there was someone in the vehicle, he safely stopped and exited his truck, grabbed his fire extinguisher and put out the flames. After extinguishing the fire, he ensured the vehicle was in fact empty and made certain that the driver who was off to the side was ok. His swift reaction to this event makes us proud to have him on our team.
