Every June, Republic Services celebrates Pride Month to honor the 1969 Stonewall uprising that sought to end discrimination against LGBTQ+ individuals in the U.S.

In honor of Pride Month this year, Republic Services is launching PRISM, a new LGBTQ+ Business Resource Group, on Wednesday, June 14, at 9 a.m. Arizona Time. PRISM stands for Pride, Raising Awareness, Involvement, Support, and Mentorship. PRISM aims to connect, celebrate, and build a community with our LGBTQ+ employees and their supporters to help them feel more productive, successful, and feel a sense of belonging at Republic Services.
