Congratulations to our team in Kenai, Alaska, on being named the 2026 Outstanding Support Business for the Oil & Gas Industry by the Kenai Chamber of Commerce. The award was presented during Kenai’s Industry Appreciation Day, which recognizes businesses and individuals making significant contributions to the region.

Republic Services also hosted an informational booth at the event, where team members shared details about our operations in Alaska and our sustainability and circularity initiatives. Attendees were eager to learn more about the work we do to support communities while advancing environmental responsibility.
