For the 8th consecutive year, hundreds of volunteers participated in the 2024 Republic Services Mint 400 Desert Clean-Up on Saturday, February 24, in Jean, Nevada. Volunteers worked hard and picked up a whopping 82,840 pounds of illegally dumped trash from the Mojave Desert, the second-most in event history. (This brings the running total amount of trash collected to 457,000 pounds!)
