The Republic Services Leadership Academy (RSLA) commenced this month with its second class of participants. For the next 9 months, 85 high-potential leaders from across the Company will engage in professional development activities designed to support their career growth. Using online courses from universities including Stanford, the University of Virginia (UVA), Tuck-Dartmouth, and Berkeley, the program provides participants with opportunities to develop their leadership skills, collaborate cross-functionally, and network with fellow participants and Company leaders.
