EAP offers confidential counseling, expert guidance, and valuable resources to help you and your family handle any of life’s challenges. Whether you’re facing challenges related to insomnia, job pressures or stress, anxiety and depression, family conflicts, grief, or other life issues, the GuidanceResource Program is here to help.
In addition to the GuidanceResource Program, we are excited to showcase a new support option available to all employees.
Starting February 1, the GuidanceResource website will feature a new tool called Guidance Connect that helps employees and their families find an EAP network therapist without the need to call our 24/7 support line to receive a referral.
Note: Employees can continue to call the 24/7 support line to speak with a GuidanceConsultant to answer your questions and, if needed, refer you to a counselor or other resources.
