Earlier this month, Kirk V., Manager, Digital Analytics, was among the top brass who presented at CX 2020, the single largest customer experience (CX) virtual event in North America.

Kirk’s session focused on hidden gems we found in our digital technology tools that enhanced our CX strategy and customer-centric approach by using artificial intelligence to capture customer behaviors and points of struggle.
