This project is centered around the Heart of Isaac Community Center.
A big thank you to our local Phoenix teams for helping revitalize the Heart of Isaac Community Center, including creating a computer lab for kids, renovating and restocking the center’s food pantry and adding new refrigerators. Volunteers also renovated the center’s laundry facilities and installed a new secure door, and worked to create a safe outdoor community space by removing excess block and leveling the surrounding dirt. They also assembled essential bags that were passed out to the community during a drive-up event.
