As part of the National Neighborhood Promise® program funded by the Republic Services Charitable Foundation, we are pleased to partner with Rebuilding Together Southern Nevada. More than 100 Republic Services volunteers from the Las Vegas area participated in a volunteer day to revitalize the James Boys and Girls Club of Southern Nevada. Volunteers helped with volunteers landscaping and painting the facility’s gym. Additional grant details included updating the flooring throughout the facility and constructing improvements to the cafeteria, which supports the organization’s meal program.
The James Boys and Girls Club of Southern Nevada offers a full curriculum of programming, including Distance Learning, Academic Tutoring, Arts & Crafts, Leadership Training, Health & Wellness, Service Opportunities, Sports & E-Sports, Workforce Development, College Scholarships and a meal program.
