Our first VIP Award Winners were recently announced at our Q2 2022 Town Hall. These three winners embody our Company Values. Their hard work and dedication serve as a great example for all employees and we are proud to honor them.

Peggy answers hundreds of phone calls at the corporate office every day. Many of those calls are unique, and Peggy takes the time to truly listen to their issues or concerns. Whether they’re customers or employees, Peggy goes above and beyond to understand and ensure the caller gets routed to the appropriate department or person within the company to help them. Jonathan has shown his commitment to Republic Services and his customers by ensuring their site looks better than the way he found it. He’s always willing to help the team when faced with truck and/or driver availability issues, all while keeping a positive attitude. He takes pride in being a Republic Services Driver and his actions demonstrate that he is Committed to Serve by setting a positive example to everyone he meets. Daniel cares about the well-being of every member of the team and goes above and beyond to ensure that both their personal and professional needs are placed at the forefront of any growth initiatives. He meets with each team member to discuss their unique plans for growth and does everything in his power to set the right environment for these plans to be attained. He also ensures each member knows they are a valuable part of the team.
