PRISM, our newest Business Resource Group (BRG) in support of the LGBTQ+ community is officially here! PRISM stands for Pride, Raising Awareness, Involvement, Support, and Mentorship.
By launching PRISM, Republic Services hopes to connect, celebrate, and build a community with our LGBTQ+ employees and their supporters to make them more productive, successful, and feel a sense of belonging.
