Our PRISM Business Resource Group (BRG) joined forces with the Talent Acquisition Team to support the Rainbows Festival & Street Fair in Phoenix, Arizona. Each year, this event honors the diversity of the LGBTQ+ community, drawing over 25,000 attendees. With over 150 sponsors and exhibitors from a wide range of industries, the family-friendly festival is dedicated to supporting LGBTQ+ based/allied charities, fostering education and unity, and promoting self-esteem within the community.
