Residential Driver Ruben R. was on route when he noticed a woman running out of her home panicked. When Ruben parked his truck to find out if he could assist, the woman informed him that she couldn’t find her child. He quickly began to assist her in searching for the child. After several minutes, they were able to locate the child – who was hiding under the mother’s vehicle.
