What is Perks at Work?

Perks at Work is a free, online program for Republic employees and their families that offers you exclusive deals and deep discounts from the stores and brands you love. Many of the places you shop may offer deals through Perks at Work, so before you pay full price, be sure to check it out! It’s one more benefit the Company offers Republic employees to help you buy the things you need and want – at discounted prices!

How do you access Perks at Work?

  1. To sign up, visit and click Register for Free.
  2. Enter your work email address. If you don’t have a company email you can register with a personal email. You will be asked to select Republic Services as your company and verify your employee ID.
  3. You’ll create an account, and the site will be customized based on your purchase history to help meet your needs. You can even invite your friends and family to create their own accounts!

If you’re a new employee, please note that you should gain access to Perks at Work within your first 45 days.

How can you save money using Perks at Work?

Once you’ve registered, you can start shopping by category. Perks at Work offers savings on essentials such as groceries, convenience stores, restaurants and delivery services; entertainment options like Hulu; electronics; flowers; gifts and more.

Currently, there are special offers on items to accommodate work, school, fitness and personal care at home. You can even take free courses each Thursday, focused on fitness, learning and fun for both kids and adults.
