Last month, we highlighted three drivers in Fountain Valley, CA, for showing us what Customer Zeal looks like. A resident had written a letter to express gratitude for their excellent service and going above and beyond in the kindness they show to children in the neighborhood. The drivers are endearingly referred to as Mr. Brown, Mr. Green and Mr. Blue in reference to the containers they empty each week.
As a follow-up to this original story, we’re excited to announce that Drivers Miguel V., Manuel Q. and Gustavo L. were recognized by the Fountain Valley City Council last week. Thank you to this team for having a heart for the customer. Your efforts certainly do not go unnoticed!
