Open Enrollment Closes on November 12

The 2025 benefit coverage enrollment window is now open and closes on November 12.

This year is a passive enrollment year. Your benefit coverage for 2025 will remain the same unless you make changes. If you are enrolled in a Spending Account in 2024 and would like to continue participating in 2025, you must update your contribution amount during the enrollment window.

Take the Following Steps to Enroll or Make Changes:

1. Review the Employee Newsletter or 2025 Employee Benefits Guide
2. Update your benefits using any of these options:
   • Online: Visit the Benefits Portal at RepublicServices.com
   • Phone: Call the Benefits Service Center at 888.850.1767
   • Mobile: Use the MyChoice® benefits app
3. Questions? Contact the Benefits Service Center Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. and Saturday, November 2 and 9, from 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. CT to speak to a representative.

Open Enrollment is not applicable for Canadian employees.
