New Quarterly VIP Award Nomination Form

Our new Quarterly VIP Nomination form is now available. It’s user-friendly and features a streamlined nomination form powered by Power Apps. The first time you visit, you’ll be prompted to grant App Permissions. Click “Allow” and you’re in!

This new form is available for all employees with a Republic Services email address. For Front-Line employees who do not have a Republic Services email, please continue to use the Blue Nation Online form.
