On March 20, the Republic Services team in Carlsbad, CA, alongside the Make-A-Wish Foundation, made 4-year-old Noah’s wish come true. This wish was months in the making and when the day finally arrived, Noah had the chance to be a ‘trash man for the day’!
Noah showed up for his big day decked out in his Republic Services’ uniform. Not only did Noah get to be a trash man for the day, 10 drivers in the BU organized a parade just for Noah!
“Concluding the event, we presented Noah with his own recycle cart, named ‘Noah’s Disposal’ and filled it with toys, Republic Services merch and his very own framed employee of the month certificate,” said Recycling Coordinator Jenna D.
