Open Enrollment for the new benefit year begins November 1 and ends November 17.
During this year’s Open Enrollment period, we are including a new opportunity for benefits coverage beginning on January 1, 2024, called the Surest Copay Plan. Structured to provide the user with upfront pricing that they can see in advance, the plan has no deductibles or coinsurance.
Through the Surest app and website, users can compare treatment options through the broad, national UnitedHealthcare and Optum Behavioral Health networks and receive copay costs in advance of any medical visit.
Some additional benefits include:
- Quality medical coverage
- Lower prices – or copays – are assigned to higher-value care options
- Certain services are bundled together so members pay one price, such as office visit + lab work
- Access to the same pharmacy programs through OptumRx as existing UHC plans
- Personal consultations available for scheduling with a Surest expert
