My Resource is now called Republic Services!
[/av_textblock] [av_textblock size='16' font_color='' color='' av-medium-font-size='' av-small-font-size='' av-mini-font-size='' admin_preview_bg=''] Starting Thursday, September 19, we will no longer call our customer mobile app “My Resource.” Going forward, the app’s new name will simply be “Republic Services.” As you may know from apps you use in your personal life, it’s a best practice for customer mobile apps to be named with the company name, so this change will align us with best-in-class apps. It will also help promote our brand, reduce customer confusion and increase use.Please refer to the app as the “Republic Services Mobile App,” and when accessing from the desktop, the “Online Account.” Only the name of the app is changing; the way it works will remain the same. For customers who already have the app, it will update through their normal app update process.
Please continue to encourage customers to download and use the app to take advantage of all the great features it has to offer, including mobile bill pay, auto pay, pickup schedules, requesting a pickup and more!
