Mid-South Area Customer Zeal Trophy Goes to Lafayette Team!

Our amazing team in Lafayette, LA, was recently honored with a 2025 Customer Zeal Trophy in recognition of having the highest Relationship Net Promotor Score (NPS) in the Mid-South Area in Q1. The NPS is a widely used metric for measuring customer loyalty and satisfaction. It is calculated by asking customers a single question: “How likely are you to recommend [company/product/service] to a friend or colleague?”

The goal for each BU to have an NPS above a 42, and Lafayette has knocked it out of the ballpark with a score of 61 YTD. In the Mid-South Area, Area President Rob LaTourette started a friendly competition of rewarding the BU with the best score quarterly. And according to BU222, they intend on keeping the Champion title!
