Employees from Western Oregon and Portland Metro enjoyed a day of competition, food and fun at their local ROAD-EO, held Saturday, August 6, at the Oregon State Fairgrounds in Salem. The event featured a Leadership Competition for the first time, which gave local leaders a chance to run the course and win prizes! Nearly 300 employees and their families attended the event, and enjoyed a BBQ lunch and a snow cone machine, a Republic Services trivia contest with prizes, and activities for kids, including face painting and a mini driving course for ages 1 – 3 and ages 6 – 8
