What Are BRGs?
BRGs are inclusive groups that bring people together based on shared interests, backgrounds or experiences. Open to all employees, BRGs provide a safe space to connect, learn and grow. They help us create a workplace where everyone can be themselves.
Our six BRGs reflect our commitment to inclusion and diversity and play a vital role in bringing our Human-Centered values to life. Together, they support our goal of building a team that reflects the backgrounds, ideas and perspectives of the customers we serve.
