How to Nominate

There are two easy ways to nominate a coworker for our Quarterly VIP Award.

For Employees with a Republic Services email:

  • Use our new user-friendly PowerApp form
  • First-time users: Simply click “Allow” when prompted for permissions

For Front Line employees who do not have a Republic Services email:

  • Submit a nomination through the Blue Nation Online form, available below.
Please provide a brief narrative of how they live by our values and provide examples.
