Las Vegas Trash Talkin’ Team Supports Veterans in Need

Just before the Fourth of July holiday, a patriotic “Stars and Strikes” bowling tournament took place in Las Vegas to benefit the Kline Veterans Fund, a nonprofit organization that provides emergency housing assistance and support services to homeless and at-risk Veterans and their families in Southern Nevada

Thanks to our all-star team of employees for participating in this fundraising event. Trash Talkin’ team members included General Manager Calvin F. and his son CJ, and Heavy Equipment Operators Britt M. Robert W. and Jose A. Community Relations Manager Steve O. was also on hand to cheer on the team!. Not only did Republic’s team come in third place (out of nearly 50 teams), but the event raised more than $41,000 to support programs and services for at-risk Veterans and their families. Way to go!
