Juneteenth celebrates the end of slavery in the U.S. and honors the many struggles and injustices Black Americans have faced throughout our country’s history and in the present day. Republic honors the achievements and legacy of Black Americans in our country’s history and proudly recognizes this day and its historical significance. The strong heritage, diverse perspectives, and unique experiences that our Black colleagues bring to the workplace make us better as a company, as we serve our customers, communities, and each other.
