We have heard through the Employee Experience Survey feedback that employees are looking for more support in growing their careers. Managing and developing your career is an important part of your experience at Republic Services. Take a valuable step in your career development by updating your Talent Profile in Workday. Updating the Talent Profile provides your leader with visibility into your job history, learning, certifications, and work experience (note: Talent Profile data is only visible to you, your leader and HR).
Key highlights on the importance of updating your Workday Talent Profile
Keeping your Talent Profile updated serves as a valuable tool for both leaders and employees. It can also make it easier to apply for internal job postings as certain information in the Talent Profile will transfer over into the internal job application. In turn, employees can use the Talent Profile information to showcase their accomplishments and aspirations and explore career opportunities that align with their interests and skill sets.
