Calling all Drivers, Heavy Equipment Operators and Technicians – Republic Services’ 2025 BU ROAD-EO Season is here! The ROAD-EO is an opportunity for Drivers and Operators to showcase your expert maneuvering skills through challenging courses and for Collection and Post Collection Technicians to put your outstanding maintenance skills to the test. While this year is not a qualifying year for the ROAD-EO National Championship, all Business Units are strongly encouraged to participate in this year’s ROAD-EO Season.
This year marks our 10th BU ROAD-EO Season! We officially launched local ROAD-EO competitions in 2016 to engage our frontline, reinforce our commitment to being Safe, and recognize the best-of-the-best across the country.
Drivers, Operators and Technicians can compete in the following categories:
COLLECTION:
- Rear-Load
- Side-Load
- Large Container
- Small Container
- Vacuum Truck
- Collection Technician
POST COLLECTION:
- Bulldozer
- Wheel Loader
- Forklift
- Post Collection Technician
Since this is a non-qualifying year for the ROAD-EO National Championship, there are no qualifications for Drivers, Operators and Technicians to compete except for being actively employed at the time of your local BU ROAD-EO.
