The Republic Services 401k Plan will transition from Vanguard to Fidelity on July 1, 2025. To ensure a smooth and accurate transfer of your account to Fidelity, there will be a short blackout period.
About the Blackout Period
- No action is required. Your account, contributions and loan repayments will continue automatically.
- A blackout period begins June 25, 2025, at 4 p.m. ET, which is the last day to make changes through Vanguard.
- The blackout is expected to end during the week of July 27, 2025—possibly sooner. You’ll be notified when it ends.
