This month, we’re excited to announce that a new chatbot has been added to the Employee Self-Service Center (ESC). The powerful artificially intelligent Virtual Assistant will help you with everything from submitting and checking the status of IT tickets to processing ServiceNow approvals to getting information about HR related policies and procedures. Now, when you visit ESC, a chat bubble will appear in the lower right side of the screen that allows you to interact with it. The Virtual Assistant answers questions 24/7, giving you immediate help, day or night.
Here are a couple of examples of what the new Virtual Assistant will look like on the ESC portal:
The Virtual Assistant on ESC will get smarter the more you ask for help. You can help us train our chatbot by choosing “Show Me Everything” and then selecting the “Provide Virtual Assistant Feedback” option.
