On Thursday, September 14, our Environmental Solutions team in Mountain Home, Idaho, held their annual Household Hazardous Waste Drop Off Day for their local community. Residents were invited to properly dispose of household hazardous waste, such as paint, batteries, electronics, propane, and pesticides.
A big shout out to our 26 Republic Services team members who helped more than 200 households safely dispose of more than 10 tons of household hazardous waste! The annual event started back in 1994 and has since become an important day of the year for residents.
