Everyone is invited to join one of Republic’s four business resource groups (BRGs) and be a part of fostering an inclusive culture.
To highlight one of the BRG events held last year,the Unidos (United) business resource group is proud to announce that the Denver Business Unit has won the first-ever Hispanic Heritage Month competition.
Launched in October 2021, the competition encouraged divisions to share their team’s Hispanic heritage through a variety of cultural enrichment events and activities. Denver celebrated Hispanic Heritage Month by setting up educational displays, sharing Latinx food, and wearing cultural clothing throughout the month. For their contributions, Unidos awarded the Denver team $5,000 to celebrate and foster future cross-cultural awareness.
