About the ROAD-EO National Championship
The ROAD-EO National Championship is Republic Services’ largest employee engagement event, showcasing the best drivers, heavy equipment operators and technicians from across the country. The ROAD-EO is an opportunity for our employees to demonstrate their expert driving and outstanding maintenance skills. Drivers and operators navigate timed courses with challenges featuring obstacles they encounter every day. Technicians face a complex diagnostic assessment where they identify as many maintenance issues as they can before time runs out. We award 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners in eight categories. The ROAD-EO takes place every two years in Phoenix, Arizona.
